Swing by 1505 Bethlehem Pike in Flourtown at your scheduled time. Everything is clean and ready to go.

Return & Done
Drop equipment back after your event. Your deposit is refunded within 3 business days. That's it.

How far in advance should I book? +

We recommend booking at least a week in advance, especially for weekend events. Kerplunk has limited availability (only one set), so earlier is always better. Last-minute requests are welcome when availability allows.

How does the deposit work? +

All rentals include a refundable security deposit collected at the time of payment via Stripe. As long as equipment is returned in the same condition, your deposit is refunded within 3 business days.

Do you deliver? +

Currently all rentals are pickup and return at our Flourtown location (1505 Bethlehem Pike). This keeps costs low and scheduling flexible. Most items fit easily in an SUV or minivan.

Can I rent multiple items together? +

Absolutely! We love helping create a full party setup. Mention the items you're interested in when you submit your booking request and we'll confirm availability and discuss bundle options.

What if something is damaged? +

Normal wear is expected — we're here for parties after all. Significant damage is covered by the security deposit and assessed case by case. All details are outlined clearly in the rental agreement.

What's included with the concession machines? +

Each machine comes with starter supplies to get the party going. Additional supplies are available at most grocery stores if you need more during your event.
